3. Client Obligations
Clients must:
Provide accurate and truthful information about the case
Use the results of the investigation only for lawful purposes
Pay agreed‑upon fees as outlined in our service agreement

4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all case details, except where disclosure is required by law or court order.

5. Fees & Payments
All fees will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing before services begin.
Retainer fees may be required before work starts
Payments are due as outlined in your client agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Limitation of Liability
Goldstein Investigations will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from:
The use of investigative findings
The inability to achieve desired outcomes
Actions taken by third parties based on investigative results

7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, videos, and branding on this website are the property of Goldstein Investigations and may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

8. Governing Law
